Music & Entertainment Presale & Preferred Ticket FAQs
The Mastercard Music and Entertainment presale benefit is a presale program offering eligible consumer credit cardholders’ early access to tickets at select venues and festivals. Cardholders can purchase premium seats and VIP experiences before tickets become available to the public. Typically, the presale period is up to 48 hours prior to tickets being available in the public sale.
All Mastercard consumer credit cardholders are eligible to purchase venue and festival presale tickets. Mastercard credit cardholders receive presale access to tickets at select venues and festivals available through priceless.com/music.
Preferred Tickets benefit gives World Elite Mastercard and World Legend Mastercard consumer credit cardholders access to a limited number of tickets reserved from public sale for select venues and festivals.
World Elite Mastercard and World Legend Mastercard consumer credit cardholders are eligible for the preferred tickets benefit. To check if your card qualifies, look for the 'World Elite' or ‘World Legend’ logo on your card or contact your issuing bank for eligibility details.
Presale and preferred ticket opportunities will be listed on www.priceless.com/music. Select the venue or festival that you are interested in, and you will be directed to a listing of event details. Once you select the venue or festival, you will be directed to the applicable ticketing platform to checkout and process your payment using your eligible Mastercard consumer credit card.
There is no difference in ticket pricing for presale and general sale.
If you have a valid Mastercard consumer credit card, you will have access to the presale benefit, and those with a World Elite Mastercard or World Legend Mastercard consumer credit card will have access to the preferred ticket benefit
Yes, ticket purchasing limits vary for each venue and festival. See the event page for additional information.
No passcode will be required to purchase presale or preferred tickets. In some cases, on the ticketing merchants’ site, you may be prompted to enter either your six-digit or eight-digit Mastercard BIN (Bank Identification Number).
